Randstad is proud to partner with a leading global engineering firm to identify a sharp, organized Accounts Payable Analyst. This is a great opportunity to join an established corporate accounting department that provides high-impact scientific and technical solutions across the globe.
In this essential position, you will be responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of the full accounts payable cycle. You will oversee vendor master profiles, review branch disbursement vouchers, and perform critical reconciliations between subsidiary details and general ledger control accounts. This is a direct hire, permanent role offering a base salary + full benefits package.

- AP Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring all vendor invoices, payment runs, and disbursement schedules are processed with total accuracy and efficiency.
- Vendor & Disbursement Operations: Generate payment vouchers for direct bill vendors, distribute payments accurately, and maintain compliant vendor profiles in the core accounting software according to internal tax and corporate policies.
- Voucher & Coding Compliance: Review all branch checking vouchers and checks to ensure expense coding aligns strictly with corporate accounting standards.
- Subsidiary & Ledger Reconciliations: Reconcile subsidiary details to control accounts for all AP general ledger accounts, and verify data on subsidiary aging reports against supporting amortization schedules.
- Direct Bill Audit & Oversight: Audit direct bill accounts to confirm employees submit timely expense reports, verify charges align with company-negotiated rates, and enforce policies against personal use.
- Reporting & Special Projects: Assist with ad hoc financial reporting, corporate correspondence, and special accounting projects as needed
