Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with Net Suite experience to join our team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, managing payment runs, and ensuring accurate and timely accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

+ Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Prepare and process weekly check, ACH, and wire payments

+ Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and payment details

+ Assist with month-end close, accruals, and accounts payable reporting

+ Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payment status

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

+ Use Net Suite to manage invoice workflow, payment processing, and reporting

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of accounts payable experience

+ Hands-on experience with Net Suite

+ Strong understanding of invoice processing, three-way match, and reconciliations

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment

+ Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred

+

Experience with ACH, wire transfers, and month-end support
