Recruit Hook is seeking a Real Estate Bookkeeper to own the accounting function for a growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This hands-on, property-level role will run the monthly close, produce owner and investor reporting, and manage CAM reconciliations across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of real estate accounting, experience with CAM, and proficiency in a property management system. This hybrid role requires 4 days in office and 1 day remote.
