We are seeking a Tax Associate to support the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and international tax filings. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their technical tax knowledge, gain exposure to complex domestic and international matters, and build strong client relationships within a growing CPA firm.

• Prepare federal, state, and international tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Prepare and assist with tax forms including 1040, 1120, 1065, 5471, 5472, FBAR, and related filings.
• Review client financial information and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting work papers.
• Assist with tax research, compliance, and client‑related projects.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, resolve questions, and support timely completion of engagements.
• Collaborate with Managers, Partners, and other team members while developing strong client and internal relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Understanding of accounting principles, including accrual and cash‑basis accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
