Accounting Consultant

We are seeking Accounting & Operations Consultants at the Staff through Manager level to support day-to-day accounting, finance, and operational activities onsite in Boca Raton, FL. Depending on experience level, consultants may provide hands‑on accounting support or take ownership of key processes, deliverables, and team coordination. This is a 1099 contract opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Support day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Support month‑end close activities and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with operational accounting needs and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operations stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation
• At more senior levels, take ownership of deliverables and provide guidance to team members

What We’re Looking For

• Accounting or finance experience at the Staff, Senior, or Manager level
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and processes
• Experience with month‑end close and account reconciliations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting or financial systems
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively onsite in Boca Raton, FL
