We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team in Boca Raton. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, monitoring aging reports, reconciling account balances, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining accurate financial records.

Job Description:

• Manage accounts receivable activities for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Research and resolve billing issues and customer inquiries.
• Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
• Maintain accurate account records and collection notes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting departments to resolve account issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Prepare account reconciliations and aging analysis reports.
• Monitor customer payment trends and escalate delinquent accounts as necessary.
• Support special projects and perform additional accounting duties as assigned.
