We are seeking a Broker Support Specialist in Boca Raton, FL for a leading organization in the lending industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is extremely detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Position Overview

As a Broker Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting underwriting operations and maintaining strong broker relationships. You'll ensure timely delivery of contracts, accurate documentation, and efficient communication between brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for broker inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute contracts, policy documents, and related materials.
  • Assist underwriting team with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and compliance checks.
  • Track and update policy and contract status in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain accurate records of broker interactions and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve broker experience and streamline internal workflows.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or policy management systems.
  • Prior experience in insurance, underwriting support, or broker relations preferred.
