Seeking an Executive Assistant Specialist to be responsible for providing high-level support to the sales team, helping with any issues and requests, while consistently delivering high-quality service.
Full time - Onsite

Executive Assistant SpecialistEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage system access to company platforms, as well as maintain customer and order data within CRM and other relevant systems.
- Provide order support to sales team that are not limited to submitting customer approvals, processing orders, and handling shipping discrepancies and changes.
- Organize and manage logistics for sales events and trade shows for sales team to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
- Collect relevant information and distribute inquiries from leads and customers to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain the document library containing sales resources to ensure it is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars by scheduling meetings and securing travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Track executive monthly expenditures, including processing receipts and auditing expenses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed by the sales team.
- Support the company’s management team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional customer support to sales teams and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally and effectively with various departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and integrity.
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours to meet requirements of position.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have a car.
