A Global Infrastructure Investment Firm (office is currently headquartered/based in Boca Raton, FL – moving to Delray in January 2027) is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to support two Managing Directors. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-10+ years of applicable high-level administrative experience working within the financial services/tech industry (strongly preferred/required – must be out of a corporate industry) and a Bachelor’s degree is required.
They also must live within 30 miles of their office due to traffic on 95 concerns. Ideal candidates should be incredibly polished and professional, extremely detail-oriented and organized, proactive, smart, eager, and accustomed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Salary depends on experience (120-140k base) plus discretionary bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits include medical HSA plan, 401k match, 3 weeks’ vacation, gym passes ($150 full reimbursement), phone reimbursement, etc.
Hours are 9am-5pm, with flexibility as needed. 5 days in office.
Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive administrative support to two Managing Directors.
- Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
- Draft, type, and edit emails and correspondence.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum 4-10+ years of applicable high-level administrative experience working in the financial services/tech industry (strongly preferred/required – must be out of a corporate industry).
- Bachelor’s degree is required.

- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
