We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to support the maintenance and optimization of our CRM system. This role focuses on data accuracy, internal support, and coordinating communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system
- Monitor and assign incoming web leads
- Support internal teams with CRM updates and basic troubleshooting
- Manage shared inboxes, inbound calls, and request routing
- Send approved client communications and track account activity
- Assist with website updates (Word Press) and email campaigns (Mailchimp)
- Maintain internal reports, spreadsheets, and system data
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Solutions-oriented with strong accountability
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
