Front Desk/Receptionist, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, prospective clients, and visitors. This role plays a key part in shaping each client’s first impression and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from the very first interaction. The receptionist creates a welcoming, professional, and organized office environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy
• Interact with clients who may be navigating sensitive or emotional legal matters, requiring professionalism, empathy, and discretion
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
• Maintain an organized and professional front office and reception area
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff regarding client needs
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and firm records
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (law firm experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and client service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion Compensation: $20 hourly
