Summary:
This position reports to the Director for Facilities and Operations.
- Responsible for the hiring, scheduling, supervision and training of student staff for game management duties and laundry services.
- Responsible for event administrator duties for assigned home events – primary contact for visiting teams, officials, and security.
- Responsible for the review and updating of laundry policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the review and updating of event administrator duties and facility set up guides.
- Assist the Director for Facilities and Operations with Facility management.
- Responsible for office supplies ordering and inventory.
- Serve as department liaison to Lynn Marketing and Communications staff on adherence to Lynn Brand guidelines.
- Serve as primary contact for art approval for Lynn University Uniforms in conjunction with Bakers Sporting Good and Lynn Marketing department.
- Responsible for facility set up and breakdown for assigned athletic events.
- Assist the Director of Athletic Facilities and Operations with the development and tracking of full facilities inventory and replacement schedules.
- Responsible for distribution of game day visitor guides to all visiting teams.
- Act as liaison to Referee and Umpire assignors.
- Responsible for room reservations and 25 Live.
- Assist with work orders and follow up with campus ops.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have elite organizational ability.
- Ability to make independent decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to move athletic equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Master’s degree preferred.
