Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist, Clerical, Admin Assistant
The TWS Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for managing the front desk daily and performing a variety of administrative projects, general office support and clerical tasks. This position is the first point of contact for the company and the duties and responsibilities offer administrative support across the organization. The Receptionist/Office Assistant will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. The role will also coordinate all front-desk activities, including mail distribution, restocking supplies and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate party.
To be successful in this role the person should have a pleasant personality and be customer service oriented and deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations to ensure the front desk is covered and the administrative tasks are handled to the highest quality standards.

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies and materials
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries (incoming/outgoing)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform other clerical receptionist and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby
- Assist office manager in restocking of building supplies
- Must be able to assist other departments with data entry, typing and other project assignments as directed by managers, etc.
- Consistent follow-through and ability and flexibility to multi-task and effectively balance priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience working in a professional service environment as a receptionist or front office representative
- Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
