F.I.T. PT is a growing in-home physical, occupational, and speech therapy practice serving Palm Beach and Broward County. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our patients’ homes. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Office Administrator to support our administrative team.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator Manager will support day-to-day administrative tasks through comprehensive front office support. This is a hybrid position requiring:

  • On-site work at our Boca Raton office (two days per week)
  • Ability to work remotely (three days per week)

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys creating efficient workflows while providing exceptional administrative support.

  • Support daily workflow management
  • Patient care coordination and scheduling

  • Phone coverage and patient communication
  • Insurance verification
  • Patient file and chart management
  • Therapist and physician communication
  • Manage incoming and outgoing faxes
  • Referral and service coordinator communication
  • Authorization management and documentation
  • Social media management and marketing initiatives
  • Patient outreach efforts
  • Compliance support
Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare setting required
  • US Permanent Work Authorization required
  • Detail-oriented professional
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful problem solver who anticipates and proactively resolves issues
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly reliable, organized, and accountable
  • Flexible team player who is willing to learn, grow, and mentor others
  • Proficient in computer systems including Adobe and Microsoft Excel
