About the OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to a specialized professional services team. This role serves as the operational backbone of the practice, ensuring that client engagements, communications, documentation, and day-to-day workflows remain organized and on schedule.

What You'll Do- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and client service professionals.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference calls, and client appointments.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and client documentation.
- Assist with engagement setup, billing coordination, expense reporting, and administrative workflow management.
- Organize and maintain confidential client records and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reconciliation when needed.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, manage follow-up activities, and help ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Support documentation and administrative activities related to complex client matters requiring careful organization and attention to detail.
- Assist with operational initiatives, special projects, and continuous process improvements.
- Provide general office and administrative support to help the team operate efficiently.
- 3+ years of administrative, executive, or operations support experience within a professional services environment such as accounting, legal, financial services, consulting, or corporate organizations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using document management systems, workflow platforms, CRM tools, or project management software is a plus.
