Overview

Karma Home is a growing home décor wholesaler specializing in trend-driven product design and development for major retailers. We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our Boca Raton team. This role bridges sample warehouse operations, product development, and sales support, ensuring product samples and data are managed accurately and efficiently throughout the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Sample & Warehouse Management

  • Receive, tag, and organize all incoming product samples in the Boca Raton warehouse.
  • Maintain an orderly sample storage system and ensure products are readily available for meetings and reviews.
  • Coordinate the shipment of samples to and from vendors, customers, and overseas factories.
  • Track the movement and status of samples in a shared log or database.

Product Development (PD) Support

  • Support the PD Coordinator in managing projects from concept to final sample approval.
  • Prepare and update PD project sheets with item information, images, and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and current product data in master spreadsheets to support quoting and costing.
  • Assist with vendor communication and follow-ups regarding sample revisions, testing, and timelines.
  • Work with the Sales Coordinator to compile product details for factory orders and line sheets.
  • Organize post-meeting follow-ups, action items, and sample requests from buyers.
  • Track milestones to ensure development and production timelines are being met.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree - preferably in a related field (e.g., Business, Merchandising, Product Design, or Supply Chain).
  • 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or product development preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate with vendors.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling product samples (ability to lift up to 30 lbs).
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking or ERP systems a plus.
