Healthcare Data & Strategy Analyst

* Please note this role is in office 3 days per week in Boca Raton, FL*

Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC (CCPHP) is seeking a Healthcare Data & Strategy Analyst to support market analysis, physician partnership evaluation, and growth initiatives across our concierge care platform. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically curious professional who enjoys working with healthcare data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business development, strategy, operations, and leadership teams.

The Analyst will work cross-functionally with business development, finance, marketing, membership services, and wellness leadership to evaluate potential concierge partnerships and acquisitions, assess market opportunities, and track CCPHP performance metrics across the platform.

• Extract, structure, and analyze data from EMRs/EHRs (e.g., patient panels, visit history, utilization patterns, coding data)
• Analyze patient demographics and socioeconomic indicators to assess concierge market viability
• Evaluate visit types, CPT codes, payer mix, and utilization trends to inform partnership and acquisition decisions
• Support geographic, competitive, and market-level analysis for new concierge program launches
• Review, organize, and analyze financial statements, including:
  • Balance Sheets
  • Cash flow summaries
  • EBITDA and margin analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to support:
  • Practice valuation
  • Acquisition and partnership scenarios
• Identify financial risks, trends, and performance opportunities within physician practices

• Track and report on key growth metrics, including:
  • Patient acquisition and conversion
  • Campaign performance and ROI
  • Lead source and referral analysis
• Organize data from CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot), marketing platforms, and practice systems into dashboards and executive summaries
• Support standardized and ad-hoc business intelligence reporting for internal leadership and physician partners
• Maintain KPI tracking related to membership growth, retention, and platform performance across CCPHP

• Prepare concise, well-structured reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
• Maintain organized data models, assumptions, documentation, and analysis files to support repeatable workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  Healthcare analytics, Consulting, Finance, Strategy, Health Technology, Provider Organizations

• Experience working with healthcare datasets, including EMR/EHR-derived data
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
  • PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Comfort working with:
  • Demographic and socioeconomic datasets
  • Clinical utilization and coding data
  • Financial statements and practice-level economics
• Familiarity with CPT codes, payer mix, and healthcare economics
• SQL or basic data querying experience a plus (not required)

• Exposure to concierge medicine, value-based care models, physician practice operations, or private care platforms

• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline
• Analytical thinker comfortable working with complex, imperfect, real-world data
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking clarifying questions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in healthcare innovation, physician partnerships, and private care models
