The Role:
We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic individual with an investigative mind to join our team as a Credentialing Specialist. This important role provides due-diligence and verification functions to support proper vetting of potential customers.
What You Will Do:
* Perform various verification related tasks to ensure authenticity of information submitted by potential clients.
* Validate potential clients' needs against permitted use cases of our solutions and data.
* Use third party resources to conduct deep due-diligence on business entities and company principals.
* Create and maintain reports for management.
* Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
* 2+ years in a credentialing, customer service, or administrative role.
* Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable with regular re-prioritization.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and with potential clients.
* Ability to work as a team player.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.
* Applicants must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.; we are not sponsoring visas for this role.
