We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to lead and optimize our direct procurement strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing key supplier relationships for raw materials, components, or products critical to our operations. Your goal will be to ensure the highest quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity, contributing to the overall success of our business objectives.

• Negotiates contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize cost savings and value.
• Ensures compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports on cost savings and budget performance.
• Drives procurement cost optimization without compromising quality.

• Partners with internal teams (e.g., production, quality assurance, R&D) to align sourcing with business needs.
• Provides updates to senior management on sourcing performance and initiatives.
• Continuously improves sourcing processes, workflows, and tools for efficiency and scalability.
• Builds effective relationships, influences stakeholders, and fosters consensus.
• Communicates complex ideas clearly, tailoring messages to diverse audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, operations, technology, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of procurement or direct sourcing experience, preferably within [industry].
