Responsible for managing the lifecycle of Sun Pass products, solutions, and applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with the Sun Pass Operations roadmap. Oversees product development activities, reporting standards, and operational governance while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused solutions. Acts as a liaison between Sun Pass Operations, Toll Operations leadership, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, continuous improvement, and compliance with established standards.

• Manages research and development activities related to the design, enhancement, and qualification of Sun Pass products and solutions.
• Works with cross‑functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements and transition products from development to commercialization.
• Assists in determining product delivery and deployment schedules for new releases, feature updates, and maintenance cycles.
• Acts as a technical consultant to the Sun Pass Operations team, leading testing and evaluation of innovative technologies.
• Ensures technology and product specifications align with Sun Pass business objectives.
• Oversees product delivery, managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

• Develops and maintains a centralized inventory of Sun Pass products, solutions, and applications.
• Captures and tracks Sun Pass Operations initiative updates in compliance with reporting standards.
• Monitors input from all business units to ensure products meet functional and performance requirements.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and lifecycle replacement needs; prepares documentation and summaries for leadership visibility.
• Collaborates with Toll Operations Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reporting tools for program performance monitoring.
• Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created and maintained, establishing a lifecycle process for updates.

• Gains detailed knowledge of all facets of Sun Pass Operations to support decision‑making and implementation of initiatives.
• Serves in times of emergency to support state response efforts and ensure continuity of operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of tech industry, product engineering, operations, technology integration, or other related work experience.
• Experience identifying opportunities for improvement and lifecycle replacement needs; prepares documentation and summaries for leadership visibility.
• Ability to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created and maintained, establishing a lifecycle process for updates.
• Experience overseeing product delivery, managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
• Experience with technology and product specifications.
• Experience as a technical consultant leading testing and evaluation of innovative technologies.
• Experience assisting in determining product delivery and deployment schedules for new releases, feature updates, and maintenance cycles.
• Experience managing research and development activities related to the design, enhancement, and qualification of products and solutions.
