DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Manager–Project Management, the Project Coordinator will:
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, marketing support or related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management and other collaboration tools
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Support in the coordination and execution of brand creative, packaging, digital and print projects from kickoff through delivery
- Assist in scheduling meetings, documenting action items, maintaining project timelines, and tracking deliverables across creative workflows
- Help manage the intake of creative requests, ensuring proper documentation, file routing, and internal system updates
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines, flagging risks or bottlenecks proactively
- Serve as a point of contact for gathering feedback, tracking review cycles, and organizing stakeholder input
- Maintain accurate records in , ensuring information consistency across work streams
- Support file management and asset handoffs between creative, production, and other internal/external partners
- Contribute to operational improvements and SOP documentation efforts to help streamline and scale studio processes

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
