Continuous Improvement Manager BI

Job Overview

Responsible for managing sales reporting and analysis for Global Sales Operations. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership, build report suite, share information across the organization in a timely and professional manner. Central reporting owner for sales bookings, revenue, margin performance, incentive calculations, pricing and CDM.

• Create and maintain a sales reporting and analysis suite that generates regular actionable insights for sales leadership.
• Build reports on sales performance at team, territory, regional and individual seller levels.
• Analyze customer performance and growth opportunities, win/loss pipeline health and lead generation productivity.
• Develop operation and finance dashboards, ensure accuracy and truth in numbers.
• Manage reporting content on  and support senior management with quick turnaround of insights.
• Support monthly forecasting, business review, quota setting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as single point of contact for incentive calculations and data collation across sub‑regions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 4 years experience in sales analysis or business analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, VBA and data integration from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical, evaluative and statistical skills; ability to build complex reports.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with  and ERP systems; knowledge of sales planning and forecasting.
• Self‑monitoring, ability to meet deadlines and multi‑task, integrity and respect for confidentiality.
