Marina Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Marina Supervisor to assist in managing our marina operation. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding attitude and be motivated to ensure the member and guest experience are above expectations. This individual must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail and ability to make quick, on the spot decisions.

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

• Working with Dockmaster to assist in operating our Charter Program (creating charter experiences, working with culinary team to update F&B options, working with Marketing to update website, booking pages, etc.)
• Supervising the Dockhands and Marina Front Desk Agents and making sure they have the tools necessary to complete the job.
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Process a variety of marina operations applications and forms; type reports, letters, and other communications; answer telephone; send/receive emails; maintain files; manage vendor invoices; and maintain daily logs.
• Covering Dockhand and Marina Purser positions if necessary. This includes filling in as a Mate onboard our charter operation.
• Ability to train fellow team members.

Reports to Dockmaster

Responsible for Dockhands and Marina Front Desk Agents

Has regular contact with guests and members of the resort.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marine operations or related field.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software.

• Strong knowledge of marine safety regulations and protocols.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Be Drugfree and prepared to enter Maritime Consortium.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

• Ability to work in hot, muggy, and inclement weather conditions.
