Operations Analyst II, Reporting and Compliance - Capital Projects International
Provide analytical and operational support to the Capital Projects International function, assisting in the execution of compliance with internal policies, local and regional regulations across various markets, as well as preparing and analyzing operational reports to support decision-making. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, supporting project visibility, and contributing to consistent operational performance across multiple markets.
The position operates with moderate supervision and supports established frameworks rather than designing them.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track capital infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate project setup, documentation, and status updates.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets to support on-time delivery of tower construction, upgrades and infrastructure deployments while following established operational processes and compliance guidelines.
- Work with SAQ, Construction, leasing, and cross functional teams to collect and validate project information supporting alignment on project status and deliverables.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports and power BI dashboards to track capital spend, project progress, operational performance metrics, and presentations for internal and external clients.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, inconsistencies and potential risks escalating findings and supporting improvements in project execution.
- Support Capital project forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis in collaboration with local markets.
- Function as a proficient user of internal tools, supporting data management and assisting in system enhancements and process improvements aligned with regional needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized operational documentation and records in accordance with established standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, audit, or data analysis.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English required.
- Exposure to capital projects, infrastructure, or construction environments is a plus.
- Ability to work with structured datasets and follow defined analytical frameworks.
- Experience working in cross-functional or multi-country environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced); familiarity with BI tools

- Sitting up to 90% of the day.
- Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone.
