Position Overview
We are a premier, fast-growing plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice law firm that has reached a critical growth inflection point. To handle our expanding market footprint, we are not looking for a traditional legal administrator, a generic "Director of Operations," or a glorified executive assistant.
We are seeking a true Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to partner directly with our Founder (The Visionary). This is a pure business leadership seat. Your primary mission is to take the big-picture growth goals of the Visionary and turn them into a structured, highly functional reality. You will execute the business strategy, build scalable infrastructure, install relentless accountability, and run the daily business engine so the Founder can focus entirely on high-stakes litigation and trial practice.
We operate under the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. Prior experience running a business as an EOS Integrator is highly preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- EOS Integration:
Own the Integrator seat. Drive the execution of the firm's 3-Year Picture, 1-Year Plan, and Quarterly Rocks. Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable (LMA) to their metrics and goals. - Process & Systems Infrastructure:
Evaluate, refine, and document core operational processes to build a highly scalable business model. Ensure systems, automation, and tech stacks are fully adopted and optimized across all departments. - Financial Management & Visibility:
Partner with finance/bookkeeping to oversee budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and profitability metrics. Build and maintain a crystal-clear operational dashboard/scorecard so leadership always has real-time visibility into performance data. - Talent & HR Architecture:
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management pipelines. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in clear KPIs, regular feedback, and absolute accountability. - Vendor & Asset Management:
Take complete ownership of all external vendor relationships-including marketing agencies, legal tech partners, medical record retrieval services, and software vendors-ensuring maximum ROI and performance. - Cross-Department Alignment:
Remove obstacles, resolve internal friction points, and ensure complete alignment across intake, litigation, pre-suit, and administrative departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- The Operator Mindset: 5+ years of experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or General Manager in a fast-paced, growth-stage business environment. Prior legal industry experience is not required
-we value pure business acumen, operational discipline, and scalability expertise over a legal background. - EOS Mastery:
Deep understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework. Proven experience functioning as a true "Integrator" or managing a company through an EOS rollout is a massive advantage. - Tech-Savvy Leader:
Exceptional proficiency with modern project management systems, CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and workforce automation technologies. - Financial Literacy:
Strong competency in managing budgets, interpreting P&L statements, tracking margins, and driving operational efficiency through data. - High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) & Accountability: A firm but empowering leadership style. You must be exceptional at managing diverse personalities, holding teams to high standards, and keeping projects across the finish line.
Benefits
- Health, dental, vision insurance
- 401(k) match up to 3%
- Competitive wages (salary + bonuses)
- Ability to work hybrid as needed
