About the RoleNation Safe Drivers (NSD) is seeking a detail-oriented Client Lifecycle Operations Specialist to help deliver an exceptional client experience from pre‑onboarding through offboarding.
In this role, you'll partner with Sales, Technology, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client implementations, accurate documentation, and efficient lifecycle management. What You'll Do Client Onboarding & Implementation- Coordinate the transition of new clients from Sales to Operations.
- Gather, organize, and validate client information for successful onboarding.
- Execute onboarding tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Partner with Technology and Project Management teams to support client implementations and system integrations.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Serve as a trusted operational resource throughout the client lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation across internal systems.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve client questions and operational challenges.
- Coordinate a smooth and professional offboarding experience.
- Update internal systems to ensure accurate account records.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2–3 years of administrative, operations, client services, account support, or customer success experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with multiple departments.
- Comfortable learning new systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience supporting client onboarding, account management, or operational workflows is a plus.
- Experience with CRM, project management, or client management systems is preferred.
