Senior Manager of Strategy

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orange theory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method, is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development to join its team. The Senior Manager will report to the VP of Strategy and serve as a key contributor to enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives, partnering with the executive team on high‑priority projects as Purpose Brands scales toward $4B in revenue.

• Support strategic initiatives/special projects that align with the company’s financial and operational goals.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., finance, legal, marketing, operations) to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Establish frameworks, timelines, and metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and projects.
• Present strategic recommendations and deal proposals to the board of directors and executive leadership for approval.
• Support the executive team in making informed, data‑driven decisions by synthesizing information from various sources, identifying key insights, and offering recommendations.

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in line with corporate objectives, including organic growth, acquisitions, and new market entry.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and business intelligence to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s long‑term strategic vision in collaboration with the executive leadership team.
• Support with preparing materials and presentations for board meetings, ensuring that key updates on M&A, corporate strategy, and growth initiatives are clearly communicated.

• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling and the ability to synthesize complex information into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity, ownership, and professional maturity.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with a strong preference for prior experience in top‑tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking/private equity.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience building Excel models and completing structured analyses.
• Experience in developing and executing long‑term corporate strategies within a high‑growth environment.
