Advisor, Program Management

Canon U.S.A. is seeking an Advisor, Program Mgmt to lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting our imaging and printing product portfolio. In this manufacturing-focused role, you will own end-to-end program planning, timelines, budgets, and risk management, coordinating engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to deliver on scope, schedule, and cost targets. You will track milestones, analyze performance, and drive process improvements aligned with Canon's Kyosei values.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional programs supporting imaging and printing manufacturing operations from initiation through launch
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating and driving resolutions
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance teams
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets, providing regular status reports
• Drive process improvements and standardization in program execution and governance
• Facilitate program meetings, decision-making forums, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure alignment of program outcomes with Canon's strategic, customer, and quality objectives
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics
• Support change management, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives across programs
