Chief Innovation Officer

Grifols is seeking an Innovation Strategy Manager to drive growth for ABC Healthcare's Business Development & Strategic Planning team. In this role, you will identify emerging healthcare trends, evaluate new business models, and build data-driven cases for strategic investments, partnerships, and pilots. You will lead cross-functional projects with clinical, operations, and technology teams to design and implement innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory shifts to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop data-driven business cases, financial models, and recommendations for new services, partnerships, and investments.
• Lead cross-functional innovation projects from concept through pilot and scale-up.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology leaders to design solutions that improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Define and track KPIs to measure impact of innovation initiatives and inform future strategy.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning cycles, including portfolio prioritization and roadmap development.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
