A warm and loving family in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced, caring, and engaging full-time Nanny to care for their sweet 5-month-old baby boy.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for the baby, supporting developmental milestones.
• Maintain a consistent nap and feeding schedule.
• Assist with introducing solid foods at the appropriate stages.
• Perform light household tasks related to the child’s care (e.g., tidying nursery, baby laundry).
• Be comfortable with a dog in the household; the dog is usually at daycare during the day.
• Travel:
  Travel with the family is unlikely for this role.

Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekends:
Off
Hours: 50 hours per week guaranteed, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years caring for infants; experience supporting developmental stages from 2 to 18 months strongly preferred.
• Strong, verifiable references required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Must pass thorough background checks and drug screening upon offer.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fully vaccinated.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $30/hour — negotiable for the right candidate
Guaranteed Hours: 50 hours per week
Flexibility: Additional hours may be requested; flexibility is appreciated.
