One of the best custom home builders in South Florida is looking for a seasoned, custom home superintendent.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle including planning, execution, and closure.
• Manage a team of construction professionals and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report on project progress.
• Develop and implement project schedules, plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior superintendent role, preferably in the luxury home construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certification as a Construction Manager or equivalent is an asset.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
