Alpha Premium Development is a premier residential builder in Boca Raton. We specialize in building ultra-luxury, high-end spec homes valued at $5M+. We are looking for a Senior Superintendent who knows how to build a masterpiece, manage high-end trades, and keep a job site immaculate.

Because we build Spec Homes, you are building for us—professional developers who make decisions quickly and understand construction. You get to focus on the build, the schedule, and the quality, without the constant changes and meetings associated with custom home buyers.

The Projects: You will be building $5M+ estates. These are resume-defining projects with high-end finishes and complex architectural details.

The Process: As a Spec builder, we have streamlined processes. We value speed, quality, and efficiency.

The Pay: Competitive Base Salary ($100k-$110k) with a bonus structure that rewards on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Stability: We are a well-capitalized developer with a steady pipeline of work in the Boca area.

• Command the Site:
  Take full ownership of field operations for luxury residential projects from breaking ground to final punch-out.
• Manage the Quality:
  Enforce "White-Glove" standards. At this price point, every detail matters.

  Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure the project hits critical path milestones.
• Safety & Cleanliness:
  Maintain a pristine job site that represents the Alpha brand professionally at all times.

• High-End
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, specifically managing projects valued at $5M and up. (This is non-negotiable).
• The Eye: You can spot a crooked tile or a bad paint finish from across the room.
• The Leadership: You treat subcontractors with respect but hold them accountable to the schedule and specs.
• The Tech: Familiarity with construction management software is preferred.
• Local Knowledge: Experience building in the South Florida market (understanding local codes and inspections) is highly preferred.
