Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Site Supervisor position.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in oversight of all construction projects performed. You will oversee the construction team in on-site efforts to build and renovate projects throughout the community. You will supervise all team members and maintain a safe work environment. Responsibilities include ordering material, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, controlling schedules, permitting projects, and coordinating inspections. You may also perform mechanical tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred - Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range$29.61 - $37.72 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
