MDG is seeking an experienced Art Director to join the team!

The Art Director will posses a positive attitude, critical thinking skills and a passion for creating innovative,highly successful campaigns within traditional and digital disciplines are required.

MDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p.

• Developcreative solutions for complex marketing projects
• Conceptualizecreative solutions, including traditional, digital, and social media, fora variety of clients within multiple verticals
• Writecompelling headlines and execute the concepts visually
• Develop and maintain client branding guidelines and design standards
• Demonstratein-depth knowledge of traditional and digital printing techniques
• Managemultiple fast-paced projects efficiently
• Assist withpresentations to existing and new clients
• Understand the client's business, vision, and goals

• Possess apixel-level attention to detail and a strong design sense, with an eye fortypography, composition, and color
• Highlyproficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Be a team player, working collaboratively with agency team to meet deadlines
• Skilled inimage manipulation and color correction

• Bachelor’sdegree in advertising, design, or graphic art is preferred.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Portfolio of exceptional integrated campaigns that are brand building and memorable
