What You'll Bring- Prior experience in a customer center/call center environment (preferably consumer credit reporting) or similar environment in a financial institution.
- Proficient in Excel and running pivots.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong command of systems, procedures and principles relating to credit inquiries and call center practices.
- Experience with Salesforce, TUBS, SCM, OnBase, People Soft, Vista and OBIEE reporting capabilities. Always looking to improve our technology utilization.
- Answers and responds to incoming calls, emails or Salesforce work requests from customers (internal and external). Reps will provide prompt resolution to escalated inquiries for high-touch accounts.
- Provides ongoing support for these higher-touch accounts and is able to support their requests.
- Delivers expedited support to high-profile customers providing expedited resolution.
- Provides usage and revenue reports to both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Builds rapport with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment.
- Completes work in accordance with policy and reviews for accuracy.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information:
The pay range for this position is $18.22 - $26.44 per hour. The pay range reflects a reasonable estimate of compensation and is based on factors such as education, training, experience, skills, location, responsibilities, and market conditions.
