Customer Services Associate / Dorm : (EES) Job Description Customer Service Rep

· Must be able to work Monday thru Saturday 8am to 6pm and Saturday’s 11am to 3pm – shifts will vary from 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm

• Operate mailing and shipping & receiving
• Order supplies and update employee lists
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, to customers
• Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• participate in cross-training
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures

Perform other tasks as assigned

The pay range for this position is $13.00/hr to $14.00/hr; however, base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
