Community Associate
The opportunity to work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within the center and handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that nothing was missed by cleaning staff.
Throughout the morning you handle customer requests such as changing WiFi codes, checking package arrivals, directing customers to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and ensuring services are properly charged and invoices accurate.
You take short coffee breaks and respond to mail, sending updates to customers about their packages.
