Web Lead Engagement Specialist - Entry Level Sales

Our client is looking to hire a client engagement coordinator to join their team in Boca Raton, FL.

The Client Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for initiating timely contact and delivering excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of client information. Specifically, they will focus on leads driven by the client's web marketing efforts. Through communication and coordination, the Client Engagement Coordinator will work with other members of the sales team to improve the web lead conversion rate.

This is an entry level sales job, and you will get commission after 6 months.

• First point of customer contact for gathering information needed on inquiries after online applications are submitted
• Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer satisfaction
• Enter clear and concise updates to the related CRM leads and activity
• Research and obtain additional information needed to assist internal Sales Team members in sending a lead through to Underwriting, as needed

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries
• Need to be able to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
• Experience working in personal injury or paralegal work is a plus
• Comfortable handling high-volume workloads and a fast-paced environment
