We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

• Welcome guests and prospective members
• Provide tours for prospective members
• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
• Accurately record client information and accept payments
• Schedule classes and appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Ensure gym rules and systems are followed

• Friendly and professional disposition
• A passion for health and fitness
• Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic
• Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
