Job Summary
 We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this
 role, you will receive emergency and non-emergency calls and make quick
 decisions to ensure the proper action is taken. The ideal candidate is highly
 organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. we are an
 AC company looking for someone who is business minded. you will be answering
 calls, scheduling jobs, ordering parts for techs, scheduling inspections, and
 registering units.

Responsibilities
  
* Receive inbound calls
  
* Collect and document information from callers
  
* Prioritize calls according to the level of urgency and membership
  
* Transmit job information to the appropriate tech
  
* Dispatch tech to location
  
* Monitor status of the whole team

 Qualifications
  
* High school diploma/GED
  
* Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
  
* Excellent typing and data entry skills
  
* Understanding of best practices and procedures for high stress situations
  
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  
* Ability to work well under pressure

 Compensación: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
