Senior Customer Relations Specialist, PSA

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Relations Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team. The role is based in our Boca Raton, FL office and requires full‑time onsite presence five days per week.

• Exercise discretion and exhibit sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for customer responses.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using department protocols.
• Resolve queries by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously update the department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer relations experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience handling customer resolutions, processing and investigating claims, and shipping and handling.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, listening, and empathetic interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of operating independently under pressure.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and, preferably, Salesforce.
• Ability to maintain composure, remain open to ideas, and try new approaches.

• Computer use: typing, mouse work, and prolonged computer use.
• Hand use: regular handling of various tasks.
• Hearing requirements: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Lifting and carrying: ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds.
• Phone answering, texting, and computer operation may be required.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods.

• Hourly rate: $23 – $28 (actual compensation varies by location, level, experience, and skill set).
