Position: Patient Experience Concierge, Patient Experience, NEW TOWER, FT, 5A-1:30P

Patient Experience Concierge is the Hospital's Director of First Impression responsible for the patient and family member's initial needs. The role involves connecting patients and families with accurate information, maintaining relationships with supporting departments, and demonstrating excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills when dealing with patients of all ages, families, community members, and employees. This position acknowledges, greets, and assists visitors, represents the hospital positively, interacts in a courteous and helpful manner with patients, families, guests, and hospital staff to convey a positive first impression.

Using strong communication skills, the Concierge serves as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff, seeking satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints, problems, or special needs. The role also coordinates patient and guest services for the reception area. The estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 – $17.84 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma, Certificate, GED, or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Strong verbal communication skills and strong follow‑through skills
