Position: Call Center Representative
EARN $50,000 to $90,000
FULL TRAINING PROGRAM
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK: SATURDAY & SUNDAY 10AM to 6PM 3 DAYS DURING THE WEEK 12PM to 8PM
Speak with homeowners to schedule appointments for roofing and window projects. This is a career opportunity for a motivated, outgoing phone professional who enjoys connecting with people.
Responsibilities- Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for window and roofing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of call center experience.
- Exceptional client and database management skills - ability to develop and schedule appointments and manage lead database.
- Amazing Phone Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts during the week including some weekends.
