626 Opco, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager for an overnight shift in Boca Raton, FL. You will manage customer relationships and coordinate with Field Service Engineers to ensure successful service events and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include dispatch scheduling, providing 2-hour updates, understanding contractual coverages, and following quoting practices. You will support billing, escalation, and after-hours rotations to assist customers 7 days a week.
