Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support patients, referral partners, and medical offices from our Boca Raton, Florida location. This long-term contract position focuses on delivering responsive service by phone, assisting with supply-related questions, and ensuring account details are processed accurately. The person in this role will help coordinate order activity, confirm coverage information, and maintain complete documentation to support timely service and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls from patients, referral sources, physicians' offices, and case managers with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist callers with questions related to products, services, and supply requests while providing clear and courteous support.
• Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits using Brightree and payer portals, and record findings in the appropriate account records.
• Enter and update orders, authorizations, and related documentation to support new and existing members.
• Attach required approvals and supporting records to member files to maintain complete and organized account information.
• Monitor assigned orders and work items to help ensure processing is completed correctly and billing deadlines are met.
• Perform data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external healthcare contacts to resolve issues that may affect order fulfillment or reimbursement.
