We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer who’s ready to co-lead a multi-million-dollar residential interior design project from vision to reality.

What You’ll Do

Co-lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation alongside our Founder/Creative Director.

Mentor and develop junior designers and coordinators, fostering growth and accountability.

Manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and procurement with precision.

Confidently present and sell design concepts, translating vision into client excitement.

Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and trusted vendors to bring designs to life.

Create space plans, mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E specifications that reflect a curated, elevated aesthetic.

Ensure every detail meets our studio’s high design standards.

Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring open communication and seamless project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

10+ years of experience in high-end residential design with a strong project portfolio.

Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and mentor junior staff.

Confidence in presenting and selling design concepts to high-profile clients.

Strong knowledge of luxury furnishings, textiles, finishes, and custom fabrication.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Revit.

Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment.

A collaborative spirit with a growth mindset and passion for pushing creative boundaries.

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time | $80,000+ annually (commensurate with experience), plus commissions

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Must be able to commute to our studio/client sites as needed
