As we continue our U.S. growth, we’re seeking passionate, design-driven professionals to join our expanding team.
Our experienced Design Consultants are interior design and retail professionals who work closely with clients to bring their visions to life. In this role, you’ll generate sales, provide design expertise, and deliver a personalized experience that reflects the Natuzzi Italia brand.
Responsibilities- Deliver a luxury, tailored experience for every client
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
- Build lasting client relationships and proactively engage with Trade Partners (interior designers, architects, and realtors)
- Educate clients on our Interior Design Services and how they can elevate their living spaces
- Design full-room solutions using Floor Planner and your expertise in color theory, space planning, scale, and composition to create cohesive, beautiful interiors
- Conduct in-home consultations and provide follow-up support
- Present curated product selections, prepare quotes, and confidently close sales
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with trends in furniture and interior design
- Represent Natuzzi at local industry events and showroom activations
- Collaborate with your team to maintain an inspiring, high-standard showroom
Previous experience in luxury retail, interior design, or high-end furniture sales highly preferred.
Required Skills- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; bilingual or multilingual is a plus
- Proficiency with technology;
Floor Planner, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or rendering tools a plus - Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about design
