CPD is looking for an artful Interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects in the upper mid-range hospitality sector for all brands. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the Ownership and Brands to managing and executing the design.
Responsibilities- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedules
- Interpret and translate customer and Brand needs into rough plans and design
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, architects and contractors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or other design programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- BS degree in Interior Design or similar
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- AutoCAD: 4 years (Required)
- Hotel Design: 2 years (Required)
