Brown Design Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Boca Raton. This is a leadership position designed for an experienced luxury residential designer who thrives managing sophisticated projects from concept through installation.

We are looking for a designer who is confident leading clients, collaborating with architects and builders, mentoring junior designers, and managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

This is not an entry-level or mid-level design position. We are seeking a seasoned professional who can immediately step into complex, high-end residential projects and make an impact.

• Lead luxury residential interior design projects from concept through final installation.
• Develop creative design concepts that reflect each client's vision and lifestyle.
• Prepare and present comprehensive design presentations, including space planning, finish selections, custom millwork, lighting, furnishings, artwork, and accessories.
• Develop project proposals, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage FF&E selections, custom furniture development, and procurement coordination.

• Resume, Portfolio showcasing luxury residential interior design work
• Only candidates meeting the minimum qualifications— including 7-10 years of luxury residential experience, NCIDQ certification, and significant experience managing ground-up custom homes— will be considered.
