Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical capabilities, and the ability to manage projects from concept through construction. You will work closely with the owner and the team to produce designs that are functional, beautiful, sustainable, and responsive to client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, develop, and present design proposals for landscape architecture projects, including hardscape, planting, outdoor living, pool & spa, and site planning.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and site constraints.
  • Produce detailed landscape architectural drawings, plans, sections, renderings, and specifications.
  • Work with the engineering/planning team to ensure site grading, drainage, access, and regulatory compliance.
  • Select plants and materials, create planting plans, ensure ecological appropriateness and sustainability.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants (e.g. civil engineers, surveyors) during design and construction phases.
  • Perform field work/site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure quality control.
  • Keep up to date with relevant codes, best practices, materials, environmental standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and communication with clients and internal teams.
